ファーストキャストの修正#2
パブリッシュ24で導入予定のファーストキャスト（詠唱時間短縮）に新たな案が提示された。
■ファーストキャスト上限を2に修正
これは現在テストソーサリアにおいて導入されている。
ファーストキャストに関する最小詠唱時間0.75秒という制限を削除し、新たにファーストキャスト上限2を試験的に導入した。これはテストソーサリアにおける試験的な導入だ。
今現在、パラディンに対するファーストキャストは試験していない。パブリッシュ24導入の一部として後にパラディンに対するファーストキャストは調査されるだろうね。
更に、我々は他の効果に対しても調整を行う必要性に気づいているよ。現在、ファーストキャスト2の詠唱に対してプロテクションは強すぎる感じだね。
We've removed the 0.75 minimum cast time for faster casting and added a faster casting cap of 2 for testing. This is a trial period on Test Sosaria.

We're not testing paladins FC, right now. We'll look into FC for them at a future date as part of the final package for publish 24.
Also, we are aware that other item properties will need tweaks. Currently, it looks like protection is a little overpowered with the cap of 2 faster casting.
