OK, Speedman and I spent quite a bit of time on Atlantic and GL tonight and finally saw what you all are referring to. Speedman has a fix on both Hanse's PvP and on Test Sosaria, so please hop on either of those two shards and let us know if you'r still seeing the "lag" (for us it was less like lag, it was more that the movement just wasn't as smooth as normal.)
