You Must Wait to Perform Another Action
スピードマンが他の動作終了まで次の動作を待つように指示するシステムメッセージを頻繁に受けてしまうプレイヤーに対して回答した。
"You must wait to perform another action"に関してはパブリッシュ24で全く変更点はない。プレイヤーは非常に早く動作を行う事を避ける為に早くから導入されている。私の把握している限りにおいては、その後もこのシステムが修正された経緯はないよ。

The "You must wait to perform another action" didn't change at all with Publish 24. It was put in a long time ago to prevent exploiters from being able to do actions very quickly. To my knowledge it hasn't been touched since.
