旧2Dクライアントの更新よりもむしろ、同じクライアントへ全員を更新させる方が簡単じゃないか。
さて、7周年記念パッケージについても触れておこう。インストールされるパッケージが更新されれば、アカウントも更新され素敵なギフトが得られ、キャラクタースロットが追加され、ファンガイドが手に入り、ウルティマ�修鯊慮海任�、そして私は古いパッチを削除できるのさ。

Good suggestions, but the problem isn't really that people's accounts have to be upgraded to Ultima Online Age of Shadows, just the installed version of the game. So for instance, if one were to go to one of our partner sites and download a trial version of Ultima Online Age of Shadows and install that client, it would work just fine with an Ultima Online Third Dawn account... you still wouldn't be able to visit Malas (for example), but you would no longer be running on one of the older patch chains... there are some older patch chains that we could retire soon if folks made the migration to a newer installation of Ultima Online.
Or better yet, pick up the Ultima Online 7th Anniversary Edition; update your install, upgrade an account, get a nice gift, get an additional character slot, get a fan guide, check out Ultima 9, and help me retire an older patch chain.
