家サーバーの問題

最近、家サーバーは週に1度は落ちてるようだが、承伏できないね。

家サーバーの問題は把握しており、修正すべく原因究明に取り組んでいる。この問題はライブチームの最優先事項のひとつだ。残念だが、このような問題の原因究明にはかなりの時間を費やす事になる可能性がある。したがって、いつ問題解消できるかについて大まかな時期も提示できない。特に現時点ではその原因すら見つけ出せていないからね。
Player Comment: Come on, it seems like housing is going down at least once a week now. This is just unacceptable.
Answer: We're aware of the housing server problems and are working on determining the cause so that we can fix it. This is one of the live team's top priorities. Unfortunately tracking down problems of this nature can take a considerable amount of time, so I can't even give a ballpark time estimate on when we'll have a solution (especially since we haven't nailed down the cause yet.)
