私はできる限りじっくりと読んだよ。
Fertbertから今回の決定の理由を聞いたのだが、それは以下のようなものだった。
容易く失ってしまうようなものに代価を支払わせるべきではない。Fertbertは過去数日間シージの多くのプレイヤーと話しあい、それが最良の選択であると判断した。もうひとつの選択肢はシージでは一切のギフトを受け取れないというものだ。
皆さんがこの決定に賛同できないというのであれば謝罪し、意見をチームに持ち帰ろう。
我々は配布されていない全ての方々に個人ブレス証書（PBD）を配布する方法に取り組んでいるが、これには幾つかの技術的問題が立ちはだかっている。個人ブレス証書に関する情報は今後も投稿し続けよう。
断っておくが、これは確定事項ではなく取り組んでいるものに過ぎない。
更にFertbertは今夜21時（PST）にシージへ赴き、この問題に関する質問に答えると言っている。

I read them all...well as many as I can anyways.
I got the basic reason behind this decision from Fertbert and it goes like this:
We are not going to let people pay for special items that can be easily lost. He talked to a ton of people on Siege over the past few days getting their input and that was the best option. The other option is that Siege gets no gifts at all.
I apologize if you do not agree with this decision, I have passed on your concerns to the team.
If it is any consolation, we are working on a way to give out PBDs to all the people who didn't get one way back when, but there are some technical challenges. I will keep you all posted on the status of the PBDs.
Remember, this is not a guarantee either, but something we are trying to do.
Also, Fertbert just mentioned to me that he will be on Siege tonight around 9PM PST and is willing to answer your questions about all this.
