Yesterday I mentioned that we were investigating some form of speeding up house decay, to accomodate the inadevertant auto-refresh that occured the night before. It looks like we're unable to perform this workaround, so house decay continues as it was--the last auto-refresh was early yesterday morning, which means that the first houses will probably begin dropping in the first few hours of Tuesday morning, after midnight CST.
