盾とDEXの関係
盾メイジらに引導を渡した訳ではないよ。
パブリッシュ25導入前である現在の盾利用確率は盾スキル値100で30%だ。パブリッシュ25では盾スキル値100の際の盾利用確率はDEX値30で15%であり、DEX値40で18%であり、DEX値50で21%となる。依然として利用は可能であり、ただ余り強力ではなくなったというだけの事だ。防御確率は1/3程度となるね。

Current parry chance without publish 25 is 30% (at 100 parry). Parry chance with publish 25 (100 parry) and 30 dex is 15%. 40 dex is 18%. 50 dex is 21%. It's quite viable, still. It's just not so uber (almost 1/3 of the time blocking hits).
