回答）
いいえ影響を与えないよ。幸運プロパティは生物が死んだ際に出現するマジックアイテムにのみ影響を与えるだけであり、そのような「スパウン」に影響を与えない。サルベージやトレジャーハントの宝箱には影響はないよ。
同様に幸運プロパティはチャンピオンスパウンにおけるパワースクロールの入手にも影響を与えない。パワースクロールはマジックアイテムなのかもしれないが、「マジックプロパティ」を備えるアイテムと同種とは言えず、したがって幸運プロパティとは無縁なんだ。

No, Luck doesn't affect that sort of "spawn," only the magical loot that is generated on a creature at the time the creature dies. MiB & Treasue Chest loot isn't affected by Luck.
Luck also doesn't affect Champion Spawn Power Scrolls. They may somehow be mystical, but they aren't considered the same sort of item as "magical property" items, and so Luck has no bearing on them.
