トリンシック城壁建設に関する事件の重要人物のひとりとしてAlachenという人物の名が浮かび上がった。こうして、彼のその後を追う事となる。
意外にトリンシック情勢に詳しい乞食に聞いてみるとしよう。

城壁の閉じ込められた労働者の手記からは信頼厚そうな人物に感じたが、彼が黒幕だったのだろうか？あるいは何者かの罠に彼自身もはめられたのか・・・。
ひとまず、刑務所へ向かう必要がありそうだ。
私が向かったのはユー北西に位置するブリタニア最大の裁判所にして刑務所。その牢屋の一室でひとつの書置きを見つけた。
その書き手こそ、探していた監督者Alachenのものだったのだ。

私を投獄するなどという大胆な行動をとられるとは信じきれずにいる。私は建築労働者たちの行方不明や死亡とは無関係なのだ。しかしながら、何者かが私の上司が行方不明者の一人である兄弟と共に城壁にいたのだと主張している。次に私は行方不明者の家族や衛兵が行方不明者の居場所を要求し、私の家に押しかけている事を知った。私は上司がどこに居るのかを彼らに伝えたが、もうひとつの質問には答える事などできようがなかったのだ！
さて、人々が真の公正を欠いていたが為に私は答えれるまでここに放り込まれる事となった。トリンシック建設に関する全てを上司が私に教えているとは限らなかった為、ここに入れられる際に上司に掛け合おうとした。
衛兵は誰も重要なものを隠すターンキーのようなものの存在を知らないのだろう。
どうやら、彼は無実の罪で拘束されてしまったようだ。
しかしながら、最後に書き残されているターンキーとは何だろうか？衛兵たちも知らないというが・・・あの物知りな乞食なら何か知っているのかもしれないな。
またもやトリンシックへ引き返す事となった。

I can not believe their audacity in incarcerating me!
I was not responsible for any disapperances or deaths of any contstruction workers, yet someone claims they saw my boss appear along the city walls with the belongings of his brother, who was one of the missing men. Next thing I knew all the family members and the guards were storming my house demanding me to disclose their location, and to tell them where my boss was, and I honestly didn't know the answer to either question!
Well, it seems these people lack any sense of true justice, and have thrown me in here till I give them answers. I do know when I get out of here I will be talking to my boss, personally, as now I worry he isn't telling me everything he knows about the construction of this city.
Hopefully none of the guards know yet that there is such a thing as a Turnkey, which will prevent them from even finding anything important to provide them with their answers.
