私はEAオーストラリア支社へ電話し、7周年記念パッケージについて聞いてみたのだが、それには興味がないと言われただけでなく、私が間違ったゲームをプレイしているとまで言ってきたんだ。

応対した者に関する情報を提供してくれないか？あるいは最低でも君が電話した電話番号を提供してくれ。私はその事に関して問い合わせ、彼らが「間違ったゲームをプレイしている」と言ったのであれば、どういう事なのか解明しよう。
I am working on some ides internally to get simultaneous distribution to all the territories. These ideas may be a little unorthodox, but I am trying what I can.
In the mean time, the best thing I can suggest you do is contact your local EA office and let them know the demand for UO products.
I promise I have not forgotten about you guys (or my peeps down under).

Comment: Maybe EA needs to re-educate their foreign employees then.
I rang EA Aus up, asked about 7AE, not only was I told that they have no interest in getting it but the guy also said I'm playing the wrong game.

Can you please send me the info on the person you talked to? Or at least send me the number you called? I'd like talk to them and find out what is going on if they are telling you that you are "playing the wrong game".
