Paragon Creature spawns are coming to Ilshenar, which will have specially hued/named chests on their corpses, and the possibility of minor artifacts as well as level 6 T-maps.

Leurocian has been assigned to do soulstones. They mostly restated what is on the FAQ. No partial transfers of skills, it's an all or nothing thing. Also useful to store skills so characters can try other skills out on their templates.

EA is really behind UO now, no question about it. They are using their marketing muscle from Madden and LotR titles to get retailers to give UO its props.
A housing rush in Tokuno may be prevented by not allowing placement at first, but turning it on later, maybe even secretively.
They'd like to do something different with the vet rewards system at some point.
