Target self has been updated and should work with more (hopefully all) spells/skills now. Response time on some features should improve when in locations with low/no activity. The bandage timer should now stop when a bleeding wound is closed. Previously the bandage timer would go to the max of 30 seconds before dismissing itself because it didn't 'know' about bleeding wounds. Fixed the 'old' load method so it works with the latest clients and also uses less system resources. UOAssist recognizes the presence of the UO:SE beta clients and allows launching of them.
