ラットマンメイジと地図
UO Staticsで地図を所持するモンスターとして紹介されているもののうちの幾つかは今現在では地図を所持していない。この件に関して調査が行われるようだ。
質問）
Staticsの解説ページにはラットマンメイジからレベル2地図を得られると書いてあるが、何日間か彼らを虐殺したものの全く地図を得られなかった。私自身の運が無かったのだろうか？あるいはパラゴン導入の際にラットマンメイジから地図が失われてしまったのだろうか？
回答）
実際、地図を所持せぬ生物がパラゴン化したとしても地図を所持する事はない。ラットマンメイジが地図を所持していないのはかなり前からのように思われるのだが、皆さんがパラゴン宝箱を欲した事により明るみに出たようだね。Staticsの解説と我々の所持する一覧とを比較し、何故地図を所持しなくなった生物がいるのかを調査してみよう。
Comment: Stratics claims that Ratman mages give level 2 maps. But after slaughtering a whole bloody lot of them over the last few days, I haven't gotten any maps. Bad luck, or is this another critter who somehow lost its maps in the paragon conversion?
Leurocian: Actually, the paragon conversion had nothing to do with certain critters no longer having t maps. This was probably like this for a long time. People are just noticing now because they want the paragon chests. I'll make a note to review the stratics hunter guide and compare it to what we have now and find out why some of these creatures no longer spawned tmaps.
