ワンド使用時の遅延時間
パブリッシュ29で導入されると思われるマジックワンド使用時の遅延は通常の呪文詠唱時と同様の時間となるようです。この遅延時間は通常の呪文同様アイテムプロパティのひとつファストキャストで変動します。

ワンド使用時の遅延は通常の呪文詠唱時と同様の時間となるよ。
ファストキャストのアイテムプロパティで遅延時間も変動するよ。

Leurocian: The delay between wand uses is the same amount of time it takes to cast a spell of like nature. Faster casting modifies this casting time.
