And I'll throw in a confirmation of this change. It was always intended that humans could use the new weapons. The bug that excluded humans from using the weapons has been fixed (and it sounds like the fix has reached the beta shard too. Great!).

Quiver (Feathernock) プロパティなし

Most of the other armor sets are primarily armor pieces for various professions: assassins, mages, necromancers, paladins, etc.

新しく登場するエルフ族の防具は木製となるのだろう。この点に触れた方がいるのかどうか定かではないが、エルフ族のNPCには「a wood armor crafter（木製防具作成者）」という職種が存在していた。私の推察ではプレイヤー自身も木製防具は大工スキルで作成する事になると思うよ。

エルフ族の防具に木製のものがありますが、プレートメイルと同等品です。大工は様々な種類の木製防具を作成可能となるでしょう。
Wood armor is one of the types of armor for the elves and the wood armor is equivalent to plate armor. Carpenters do create the wood armor variety.
