Swoopへの扇動は合法行為であるとのことです。
質問）
Swoopへの扇動が違法行為か否かを知りたい。誰かがSwoopへの扇動で違法行為とされたようなのだ。吟遊詩人が特定の生物を扇動する事がどうして違法行為やハラスメント行為となり得るのだろうか。この現象に遭遇したプレイヤーがゲームマスターを呼び出した際にアカウントが監視され再度行った場合にはアカウントバンされると言われたらしい。
これは全く酷い。我々はどのようにして扇動してよいモンスターとしてはならないモンスターとを見分ければよいのだろうか？私は監獄送りにされるのが恐ろしくてボス戦に赴く事も扇動を使用する事もできなくなってしまったよ。
どういう事なのか教えてもらえないだろうか？

Swoopの扇動は気兼ねなく行ってもらって構わないよ。ただし、その行為が他のプレイヤーへのハラスメントに利用されているという明らかな形跡が確認された場合にはゲームマスターも対処する事だろう。
ゲームのプレイ自体で問題になる事はないのだが、個々の事例で報告したい点があれば以下のサイトを利用して欲しい。
This is just wrong. How are we suppose to know what we can and can not provoke onto what if we can do it with other monsters but not swoop? Now I fear going and provoking things onto all the "bosses" or whatever you call them because I can get jailed?

You can provoke the Swoop as much as you like, however, if a GM is called and sees a clear pattern of it being done *just* to harass other players, then action could be taken.
