今回の解決に対する礼はゲームマスター諸氏とMrsTroublemakerへ告げてくれ。私はMrsTroublemakerへこのスレッドを見せ、何が生じているのか理解する手助けをしたに過ぎない。
You can thank the GM's and MrsTroublemaker for solving this. All I did was show MrsTroublemaker this thread, which helped her understand exactly what had happened.
I'm just happy we figured out a problem and made someone happy all at the same time! A nice way to start the morning, for sure.

君の問題を解消できて嬉しく思う。
何が起こっていたのか簡潔に説明しよう。キャラクター転送を試みても転送できなかった際には6番目のキャラクタースロットが有効ではないという情報と共にデータ保存が行われるのだが、再度転送を試みるときには「6番目のキャラクタースロットが有効か否か」の確認が行われる。ここで常に「ノー」との回答が行われる事となり堂々巡りに陥ってしまっていたのだ。プロセスにおけるちょっとしたロジックエラーだが、まもなく修正できるだろう。
Basically what happened is that when the character xfer tried to go through and couldn't, it was saved with the information that a 6th character slot wasn't available... so when it tried to redo the xfer, it asked, "Is there a 6th char slot open?" The answer was always "no", so it sat in limbo. Just a little logic flaw in the process that we'll fix shortly.

君に知らせておこう、我々は転送によってキャラクターが消失してしまう問題を調査中であり最終的には君のキャラクターを復旧させる事が出来るはずだ。
この問題はキャラクタースロット残数がひとつしかないシャードへ2キャラクターの転送を試みた際に生じるものなのかもしれないね。
It seems that there may be an issue with trying to transfer 2 characters to a shard that only has 1 slot before the 1st xfer has had time to complete.
