レジェンドシャードでもこの「Prism of Light」ブロック問題が生じたもんだから、ゲームマスターを呼び出したら、クリスタルを退かしてくれたよ！ゲームマスター、万歳だ！

その通りだ、ゲームマスターはこの問題を手動で対処する事ができる。彼らがやって来るまで待たねばならないのではあるけどね。

エナジーフィールド上にクリスタルが出現することで「Prism of Light」に入る事を阻害される不具合はパブリッシュ38で「Prism of Light」にある特定アイテムを回収するクエストを導入した際に生じてしまったもののようだ。クエストの難度を若干高めようとした可能性はあるが、皆さんがダイジョンへ入る事を阻害する地域に出現することに不満を募らせている状況は充分理解できる。
この不具合を調査し難しいようでなければパブリッシュ42で修正しよう。おそらく難しいものではないはずだよ、そうでなければ私がこのような投稿をするはずがないからね。

This bug was introduced in Pub38 when a quest was added that required players to obtain an item from the Prism of Light. It's possible the crystal was supposed to spawn over the grid to make it a little more difficult to finish the quest, but regardless I can understand your frusteration when it spawns in an area that blocks you from progressing further into the dungeon.
I can take a quick look at this bug and if it's not too difficult (which it shouldn't be or I probably wouldn't be posting this), try to fix it myself for Pub42.
