船上からの一方的な攻撃を不正行為と見做す規則は決して今に始まったものではない。この規則は私の知る限りにおいて定着したものだ。モンスターに攻撃できるにも関わらずモンスターからは攻撃が出来ぬ状況下である場合、それは公正を欠く優位性を得ていると見做される。この規則が適用される例としては船や箱、隠れたプレイヤーやペットを利用した戦術があるね。

スキルの訓練には昔ながらの分相応のモンスターを討伐するという手段があるじゃないか。船を用いなければならぬ理由なんてどこにもない。

This rule is not new. This rule has been in place for as long as I can remember. If you can attack the monster and it can not attack you, you are gaining an unfair advantage. This goes for boats, crates, invisible people / pets.

There is always the old fashion way of gaining skills by actually killing monsters that are of your level. No boat required.

船上から一方的な攻撃をしてはならないよ。モンスターはプレイヤーにダメージを与え得る手段が残っていなければならない。したがって、呪文を操るモンスターであれば合法行為となるんだ。しかしながら、相手がバーサーカー（※）であれば不正行為となってしまうよ。

※バーサーカー(an ophidian berserker)
2006年7月末に開始されたべスパー、パプア同時都市侵攻で登場したイベントモンスター。

No. The monster must have a way to damage you... So if it is a spellcaster yes. If it is a berserker no.
