私自身はウルティマ オンラインの11周年記念アイテムには携わっていないため，回答することはできない。
私は皆さんへアイテムを提供することを嫌ってはいないと同様に，提供の時期を伝えることも嫌ってはいない。例示すれば，我々は皆さんへ12周年記念ギフト，11年報奨及び12年報奨を今週中に提供したいと考えてました。しかし，QAチームが幾つかの問題を発見したため，我々は問題の解消に取り組んでいるところです。目を瞬かせる前に申し上げると，締切に間に合わせることができませんでした。仮に我々がQA チームの了承を得ぬまま提供の日時を伝えていれば，我々は発表を撤回しなければならなかったでしょう。それは提供の日時を発表しない苛立ちに留まらず，我々が約束を違えたという失望感も与えてしまうことになります。
したがって，我々は撤回の可能性がある日時を伝えたくはありません。私が言及し得ることは，我々はそれらの提供に向けて取り組んでおり，皆さんはまもなく得ることができるだろうということです。

I was not involved in the 11th anniversary items so I cannot comment about those.
We hate not giving you dates as much as you hate not getting them. But just as an example, we wanted to give you the 12th anniversary gifts and both the 11th and 12th year rewards this week. QA caught some issues with the rewards that we've diligently been working on resolving. Before you blink, you can't make the deadline to be able to publish that week. If we had announced a date before we got QA's thumbs up, we would be backpedaling right now and you guys would not only be aggravated you didn't get them but also feeling let down because we didn't keep our word.
So we do not want to give a date then have to recant. All I can confirm is that we are working on it and you will be getting them soon.
