変更ツール（retouching tool）とは，エセリアル騎乗生物の体色を通常色またはエセリアル色へ変更する道具。エセリアル騎乗生物ツール（Ethereal Mount Tool）ともいう。2009年10月10日に導入されたパブリッシュ61において，11年目のベテラン報奨として追加された。
変更ツールについて，ライブリードデザイナーの Sakkarah はエセリアルポーラベアの体色を通常色に切り替えた場合，その体色が黄ばんでいる問題は修正すると言及した。

Focus? Hardly. I can promise you there is no "down with white polar bears" conspiracy.
The retouching tool simply switches the mount's hue from transparent to default. Until your screen shots, I don't think any of us realized the polar bear's default hue was yellowish.
So fear not. That's a minor fix. We'll even do the bleaching for you!

Ethereal Mount Tool
Characters are able to set ethereal mounts hue to transparent or normal
These can only be claimed by a character of 11 years, however, it can be use by anyone.
If it is used on a Polar Bear mount or Charger of the Fallen will set those mounts to transparent

You do not have to be 11 or 12 year old to be able to use the retouching tools or house teleporters. You only have to be that old to claim them. After that, you can freely trade/buy them with/from others.

Yes they will become transparent with it. Same with the Charger of the Fallen.
